Shipping, refund & exchange policy
As we know any product purchased on our site is often time critical, we do our absolute best to post orders ASAP.
Orders placed via regular post will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Orders placed via express post will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please note, if an express post order is placed on a Friday whilst we will do our best to post the order to you the same day, it may be sent the following Monday after the weekend.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Little One cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The Little One will only give refunds on faulty or defective items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value. Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds on faulty or defective items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for the funds to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. You might then also need to contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
